Plan ahead!

These habits might be things that you are not doing currently. That said, SIGN UP NOW, but pick a start date out at least a week, so you can  spend some time planning your 40 Day Fight and planning time in your routine to enter into these new habits.


 If you're trying some new nutritional habits- you need to get groceries! If you're adding a simple workout plan - you need to plan when you're going to do the work. We recommend giving yourself several days to pray, plan, and figure out how you're going to attack this. Remember the goal is to hit all 5 categories - every day - for all 40 days!
