These were designed for the 40 Day Fight by Joey Harty, a nationally acclaimed strength and conditioning coach. He holds a master’s degree in Applied Exercise Science and a bachelor’s in Exercise Science. He’s dual-certified by the NSCA as a CSCS and a CPSS, and holds advanced credentials from NASM, EXOS, NSPA, and FRC.
